Normally I'd say "go search on MSDN" for guidance and examples for anything "Windows desktop forms" programming, but unfortunately the Windows 10 guidelines are either buried or mixed in with "old" Windows 7 information. Here's a collection of things I've found relating to a uniform Windows 10 User Interface. =Develop Universal Windows Programs= The biggest thing I've seen is the push to develop "Universal Windows Programs", which you'll see simply as UWP in many places. The idea of UWP is that your app can run on "anything Windows", including Windows Desktop, Windows Phone, Xbox, and HoloLens. For an interesting video presentation, see [https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/Build/2015/2-692 this Channel 9 presentation]. =General Windows 10 Guidelines= There is a general document which is not specific to a particular version of Windows available: [https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dn688964(v=vs.85).aspx Design Guidelines] It contains images and descriptions relating to controls, commands, text, messages, interaction, windows, visuals, experiences, and the windows environment.
